Limit manual discounts and block discounts on specific products to protect margins. This guide provides a straighforward method to set Disable custom discount to Enabled. Preset discounts can still be used even when custom discounts are disabled.
1. Navigate to manage.acadiapos.com for Retail or rfsm.acadiapos.com for Restaurant and click Settings in the sidebar menu.
2. Click “General settings”
3. Press Ctrl + F (Windows) or ⌘ + F (Mac) and find Disable Custom Discount. then select Enabled.
4. Click “Save”
