In this guide, you’ll learn how to configure custom discount permissions to restrict access and authorize only selected employees to apply custom discounts.
1. Navigate to manage.acadiapos.com for Retail or rfsm.acadiapos.com for Restaurant and click Settings in the sidebar menu.
2. Click General settings
3. Press Ctrl + F (Windows) or ⌘ + F (Mac) and find Disable Custom Discount. Set Disable Custom discount to Permissioned to allow selected employees to enter custom discounts.
4. Click Save
5. Now let us grant permission to an employee to give custom discount. Click Employees in the sidebar menu
6. Click the Edit Employee icon for the employee.
7. Set Custom Discount to YES.
8. Click Save Changes
