Learn how to configure your payment settings to automatically round cash transactions to the nearest five cents. This guide will help you streamline your checkout process and simplify your daily cash management.
1. Navigate to manage.acadiapos.com for Retail or rfsm.acadiapos.com for Restaurant and click Settings in the sidebar menu.
2. Click “Payment methods”
3. Click the edit icon for the “Cash” payment method.
4. Set Round 5¢ to nearest 5¢ (not ceiling) to “Enabled”
When enabled, the Round 5 action rounds to the nearest 5 cents instead of always rounding up.
5. Click “Save Changes”
